If you are a senior adult at Grace Long Beach, this is your place to check out events and resources available just for you. If you need a ride to the doctor or to church, or want to know about upcoming events, check here regularly for the most update information.

Our News/Events link provides information regarding programs, lectures and tours that are designed specifically for seniors. Some of these are provided free of charge by the city of Long Beach

Want information relating to services and useful information? The Resources link is your gateway. This link connects you to such informative resources as the “Senior Survival Guide” pamphlet, a directory of resources for Long Beach Senior Adults. Our Scams link takes you to an information page that identifies scams that target seniors. Information for caregivers of seniors is also included in resources.

Transportation

Some of our seniors may need assistance with transportation. Grace is hosting a program that matches volunteers with seniors who have a need for transportation to a doctor’s appointment or to do some grocery shopping. This program is intended to assist those who do not have the support of their families and who can no longer drive themselves. Our Transportation link provides the means of registering a request for this type of assistance.
